Mrs. D’s Simple Pot Roast 3-4 lbs. chuck roastsalt & pepper (to taste)1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce1/2 c. water Place roast in crock pot. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour Worcestershire and water over top roast. Cover and cook on low 8 hours.
